10 anniversary of the implementation of the Water Act this
year marks a milestone of realizing the transformation of
water management mode from administrative measures to the
law. Since the issue of the Water Act and establishment of
the supervision organization, water management affairs have
been put on the right track in line with legal system. A management
system within the framework of the Water Act has gradually
been formed for the unified administration of water resources.
Great achievements have been made in solving outstanding problems
of water affairs concerned by the publics through execution
of the motions adopted by the Provincial People��s Congress.
