A network has been established of technical education and on job training, enabling education and on job training programs to be carried out in multi channels, forms and levels for personnel of the water resources sector��s, which include college for professional training, vocational education in technical secondary school (including correspondence school), polytechnic school, etc. During the past decade, A number of Science & Technology Advanced Rewards are granted, of which 4 are in national level, 11 ministerial or provincial and 35 departmental, as well as 13 provincial rewards for spreading agricultural techniques.
