Focusing on the Material Civilization Construction, special attentions are also paid to the building of Socialist Culture & Ethics by authorities of water resources at all levels in Guangdong. Ideological politics work has been carried out continuously to become the model unit of Socialist Cultural & Ethical Construction. Consequently, harvests are yielded both in the fields of Material Civilization and Socialist Cultural & Ethical construction. Until now, totally 175 units have been named the ï¿½ï¿½Civilization Unitï¿½ï¿½ in 4 batches respectively, among which 11 are conferred the title of ï¿½ï¿½Civilization Unitï¿½ï¿½, and 8 persons from the units ï¿½ï¿½Activists of Building the Civilization Unitï¿½ï¿½ by the Provincial Committee of CPC and the Provincial Government.
